These are the most decadent "granola bars" of all time. I scarfed one down today (the Moccacino one)... and instantly regretted it. I should have savoured it. It deserved a latte or a cup of espresso.
So divine.

They are the best granola bars Jackie! Bought a whole whack of them when they went on sale for .99$ back in December as no one was buying them up here (who would at 7.99$??)
Yep. I agree. I bought some when I was home in November. Did you find them at the Northern
I've been eying those for weeks at the Co-op. They look delicious. I'll have to pick them up next time I'm there.
It was amazing...it was softer and chewier than I figured it would be.
Granola bars...is it POSSIBLE to make a yucky one?!
(Look at what's left of my Chewy bars from Saturday...lol. You won't see much!)
P.S. Oh yeah, I guess I changed my username from JConsortium to nunavummiut, haha.

Hmm, I'm heading into Extra Foods tomorrow to pick up pictures. Looks like some granola bars are coming home with me too!
Kennie: WHAT ?!?!? .99????? so jealous! These were 4.99 (like the rest of the granola bars on the shelf). So much more of a "splurge" :D
Tina: Yep! A Northern purchase.
Nunavummiut: first: I hate you for picking a blogging name that is too difficult for me to type/spell. Curse you. Second: TOLD YA SO. Third: Yes. There are gross ones out there. But they usually involve bananas. And bananas are for unpeeling, not granola bars.
Yeah I know Jackie! That's what I said! Up here in our Northern we have this .99$ shelf where things that aren't "hot sellers" go ... so things like Coffee flavored granola bars, All-Bran bars, the Taste of India noodle boxes ... I love that shelf. Always got the things that I just can't rationalize paying 7.99 for :-)
