What time zone are you using? It would help to know. You don't want your grandmother sitting out in the car for another hour in -20 degrees (wind chill included) waiting for your voice do you?

Hey good timing! I just read this post a few minutes after the 6pm Eastern here so I ran to the radio and caught your report. Good job! You sounded very professional. Plus its not often I turn on the radio and think "hey I know who that person is!" A reporter called me a couple months ago about goings-on at our school and mentioned she had a blog and that I would figure out who she was but I haven't actually. There's only 2 blogs on my sidebar from reporters so I had a 50-50 shot by guessing. Anyhow, blah blah....way off topic, the report was cool. Good work!
ps - and I do hope the weather clears up. I've taught in a few places where getting supplies was a nightmare at times due to weather so I totally feel your pain and frustration.
