Almost exactly the same view here in Arctic Bay right now, as we are still waiting for the plane to arrive.... only difference is that it's peanut butter next to our bread :-)

That has been happening here too. I have taken to stocking up when it comes in and putting it in the freezer.

It's actually interesting you mention that, because before this whole story broke etc. I honestly thought to myself that it wasn't a big deal.

I remembered hearing about other communities in Nunavut who experience this kind of thing... not regularly, but every now and then.

Guess it depends who you tell it to.
